Fellowship Project
Dr. Yeung Suet spent twelve months (November 2010 – November 2011) at the Cleveland Museum of Art in the U.S.A. where she assisted in the organization of a retrospective exhibition on Fu Baoshi (1904-65) and gained professional museum training. During the fellowship, she updated the museum’s Chinese painting website that is aimed at enhancing public interest and knowledge of the painting collection. Showcasing five hundred objects, the copious online database offers a glimpse into the collection’s history and its characteristics, as well as insights into the role of digitized collection information.
